The federal election is drawing near, and the last 12 months have shown that Australia needs now more than ever passionate fighters for liberty and freedom.
If you want to make real change in Australian politics and start pushing back against the major parties to win back some of our lost freedoms & liberties, then you should register your interest to become a candidate for the Liberal Democrats.
The Liberal Democrats are seeking potential candidates from all over Australia, for both the Senate and the House of Representative.
Liberal Democrats candidates for the federal election must at minimum meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be an Australian Citizen, with full rights to vote in Australian elections
- Be a current financial member of the Liberal Democrats
- NOT be a dual citizen OR are willing to renounce any dual citizenship prior to campaigning (with proof required from a relevant country)
- Hold or agree with the principles of the Liberal Democrat: ldp.org.au/principles

Candidate training and assistance will be provided by the Liberal Democrats to successfully endorsed candidates
