Political parties require money to increase their exposure and gain supporters.

The LDP does not employ staff. Every dollar it receives is used to fund political activities.

You can contribute by joining as a financial member, by making a donation, or both.

Membership costs $70 ($35 concession). To join, complete the Membership Application form here.

Donations by individuals (but not organisations) are tax deductible up to $1500.

Donations by candidates are fully deductible provided the funds are used to assist their campaign.
